It is possible to supply carbamide on CIF Terms to every port of the world. The export and supply of carbamide is carried out in indivisible lots. The minimum lot is 100,000 metric tons per month. The manufacturer will conclude a direct contract with the buyer for the supply of carbamide.
The following transaction procedure outlines the steps for the purchase of goods between the buyer and seller. The buyer raises a Letter of Intent (LOI) expressing their interest in purchasing the goods from the seller. The seller provides a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the buyer, detailing the terms and conditions of the sale.
The buyer raises an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) indicating their intention to purchase the goods. The seller issues a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) which the buyer countersigns and returns to the seller.
The buyer provides Proof of Funds (POF) within three days of receiving the SPA. Upon receipt of the POF, the seller provides Proof of Product (POP), including a video with the buyer's name and date, past performance, and allocation of the material within two days. (Optional) The seller may invite the buyer for a TTM company visit.
The seller raises a Proforma Invoice, which the buyer shall pay via a Letter of Credit (LC) at sight for 100% of the invoice value within seven working days of receipt. The seller's bank provides a Performance Bond (PB) of 2% within two days of receipt of the LC.
The seller initiates the dispatch of the goods as per the agreed schedule. The material reaches the destination port within 25 days after SGS Quality Quantity Inspection and Document verification by the buyer. The buyer releases payment via MT103 mode after verifying the quality and quantity of the goods.
Within three international bank working days after the seller loads their vessel, they shall send the shipping advice to the buyer and agent by fax or email. The following documents should be included:
Within three banking days of the vessel's arrival at the discharge port, the buyer should make clearance on payment to the seller via TT/MT103 upon receipt of the invoice and shipping documents as agreed and confirmation of the quality and quantity by SGS/CIQ.
